Since childhood we have both enjoyed helping people. We’ve always had kind and giving hearts and knew we wanted to help people any way that we could.

 

Fast forward to today; we still have the same loving and helpful attitude but we are a lot older and maybe a little wiser!

 

We absolutely love what we do as an establishment at Focus and wholeheartedly feel we have found our life’s purpose by operating our treatment facilities to help those suffering from addiction.

 

We love our small-town, we love our community and want to be part of the force that drives the change that is desperately needed.

 

We believe in helping each other by being patient, kind and understanding. We go out of our way to take care of people the way they should (and want to) be taken care of and the way you would want your loved one to be treated.

 

We realize it is not easy to make the decision to seek treatment. The entire Focus family will rally for you (and your family) every step of the way, you will never be alone.

 

At Focus, we tell our employees during the interview process that Focus is not “just a job and if you’re here for just the paycheck, you’re here for the wrong reasons and you may as well leave.” We expect our employees to have true passion for our clients and we refuse to accept anything less than excellence from each employee who works for us. We realize change must begin with our agency expectations and teaching everyone to treat our clients with dignity and respect is a number one priority.

 

We know our clients by first name, we know their children’s names, their spouses and parents and many times we personally attend extra-curricular events alongside the clients and staff. We feel establishing long-term relationships is important and we do all we can to establish that lifelong connection.

 

Company wide we want to see everyone succeed including other SUD agencies, as well as those who work the front-line battle of addiction.

 

Change is hard but we are working to be a solution to the problem.

 

Through the years, we have built a reputable, dependable, and honest reputation in our area. We know one size does not fit all. We do not run our business this way.

 

As we have evolved, we realize being bigger is not always better.

 

We plan to keep our operations on a small scale so we can tailor our treatment to the client’s individual needs.
